DELIVERY

Embody Women prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).

Product prices are regularly updated to reflect changes with our manufacturers.

Embody Denim is proudly manufactured in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.

Embody Women deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and Sendle free of charge.

We are happy to offer Auspost Express shipping to Australian customers at an extra fee of $12.00.

We ship Embody Women garments all over the world.

International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.

For all international orders, a flat fee of $50.00 will be added to your shopping cart before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 business days depending on your location.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable charges.

We have made every effort to minimise our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. We are required by the law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Embody Women is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-4 business days.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

REQUEST EXCHANGE

1.Embody Women will offer one free exchange if you need a different size, colour or style. Keep your current item with you and we will send out the exchage to you at no extra charge. You can then return the item that did not work.

2.You may have one free exchange request per individual purchase, extra exchanges will incur a postage fee.

3.Once the exchanged item is received the customer will post back the original item or both items if not suitable at their own expense.

4.Embody Women does NOT cover the cost to return items back to our warehouse, return postage being at the buyers expense.

Embody Women requests the customer to please use the most economical shipping method for the return and keep a tracking number for the item.

REQUEST REFUND

You may request a refund on full priced items. Embody Women will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was faulty. If the customer would like a refund we retain a  $7.95 fee, this will be taken from the original order to cover the original cost of delivery. 

All garments must be in original condition unworn, unwashed and free of (but not limited to) stains, odour and pet hair. If there are odours or marks/stains on the clothing when returned the customer will be charged a cleaning fee.

All original tags and labels must not be removed, they must be attached and intact.

Please keep a copy of your online receipt and tracking postage number as proof of your return.

Please submit your request for an exchange, refund or credit through our online returns centre here.

All refunds/returns or exchange requests must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your items and returned within 7 days of approval.

Embody Women will provide you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are faulty.

We will offer you a store credit or an exchange, this will be valid for 12 months.

LATE RETURNS/EXCHANGE REQUESTS

Late returns/refund or exchange requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

An Embody Women E-Store Credit may be applied to late returns, this will be at the discretion of Embody Women.

  1. All garments are in original condition unworn, unwashed and free of (but not limited to) stains, odour and pet hair. If there are odours or marks/stains on the clothing when returned the customer will be charged a cleaning fee.
  2. All original tags and labels are attached and intact.
  3. Goods are returned within 7 days of approval and a request has been lodged through our returns centre.
  4. A postage receipt or tracking number have been kept as proof of return, in the event that the item is misplaced.

Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on our return form. You must complete your request through our online returns portal to properly process your return/exchange, this can be found on our website.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process your transaction and for the refund to appear on your statement.
